Shipping policy

We process all orders Monday to Friday and aim to ship within 24 hours of purchase, often faster where we can.

Orders placed before 1pm (ACST) on business days will usually be dispatched the same day. Weekend and public holiday orders will be sent on the next business day.

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the trusted care of the postal service. You’ll receive a tracking link via email, so please double-check your email at checkout to stay in the loop.

Note: We can’t take responsibility for parcels marked as ‘delivered’ or left unattended by postal services. If this happens, we recommend following up directly with the postal service.

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and Import Taxes

Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply. These charges vary depending on your country and are not included in the product or shipping costs at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any additional fees. If you're unsure about what might apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Cali Flow is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied once your order is in transit.

Pre-Order

Some of our products are available on a pre-order basis. This means your order is placed and it will be dispatched once stock lands at our warehouse.

The estimated dispatch date for each pre-order item is clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase. We will always do our best to meet this date, however there can be delays at times and will keep you updated if anything changes.

Once your pre-order item is ready to ship it will be dispatched following the same process as all other orders, within 24 hours of stock arriving, with a tracking link sent to your email.

A few things worth knowing before placing a pre-order:

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready. If you would prefer your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Pre-order dates are estimates based on manufacturer timelines and can occasionally shift due to factors outside our control. We will always communicate any changes to you via email as soon as we know.
