Refund policy

We get it, plans can change. That’s why our refund policy is designed to provide clear terms on our process for any eligible returns or cancellations. Our priority is to ensure you’re satisfied.

Returns may be made for a store credit, exchange or refund.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order to an address that will be provided depending on your country of purchase.

Pre-Order products canceled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for refunds back to the original payment method. All other purchased products will be eligible for store credit only.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by emailing our support at info@califlow.shop

If an item arrives damaged this will need to be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting this to us, please ensure the following is included:

  • Images of the damage
  • Your order number
  • Item that was damaged 

Once approved, Cali Flow Shop will replace it with the same size and colour as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 14 day time period, Cali Flow is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, we won’t be unable to fulfill your request.

  • Returned items should have no wear and tear, stains, or other signs of excess usage.

  • Return shipping costs will need to be covered yourself, unless an item is being returned back to us due to damage, then you will be reimbursed by Cali Flow Shop as long as the item has been deemed damaged.

  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit.

  • Store Credit will be issued within 7 business days of your return being received by our warehouse. If there is an issue with your return upon arrival, you will be contacted by info@califlow.shop.

All orders are processed at our warehouse within 24 hours of the order being place.
